First, the items for the Open PO are added. Product descriptions are typed in the open text field.

Second, the supplier (in this case Basil Wai) is selected from your personal supplier address book.

Third and last, the email address of your supplier should be replaced with another email address. Therefore I simply tick the 'override' box and fill in your email address!
