1. How to trade with us

Trading with IHG couldn't be easier than via our online purchasing system.  It's simple to use (even for the smallest of suppliers) and provides many advantages to our suppliers as well as our hotels. 
Simply follow the steps below to learn how to do business with us.
Step 1 - Get nominated by IHG
In order to trade with IHG every supplier needs to get nominated as a preferred supplier by an IHG designated staff members (Purchasing Manager, Chef, Other)
Step 2 - Register with Marketboomer
IHG operates an online purchasing system (provided by Marketboomer).
Go to the Supplier Registration Form where you will be asked to enter your company details as well as to accept IHG's Terms & Conditions of Trade. You will be notified once your registration is completed and you are an approved IHG supplier.
Any supplier wishing to trade with IHG must do so via our online purchasing solution.
Step 3 - Decide on where you wish to trade
An annual fee based on the amount of states you supply to applies for trading with IHG:
Trading in one state - $185 (excl. GST) per annum
Trading in two or more states - $300 (excl. GST) per annum
Step 4 - Submit your pricing online
a. Review our Quote Sheets and price the products we are purchasing

b.If you can't find the products you supply and wish to add new specifications
 please use this form.
